Weekly Meeting Format (60 - 90 minute program)

Meet and Greet (informal networking).
President opens meeting, welcomes everyone.
Members and Visitors do a 45 Second Business Commercial.
Chapter reports, as needed
One speakers each give their eight minute presentations.
OPEN discussion (depending on time constraints)

Members receive a “Referral Zone Networking Kit”

Referral Zone Business Card File
This card file should always contain several copies of each members cards. Keep this card file with you at all times to maximize the opportunity to refer your fellow members wherever and whenever possible
Referral Zone Badge Holder and Lanyard
Wear to all chapter meetings, networking events, professional meetings and business functions you attend to let everyone know who you are, what the name of your business is and that you belong to a professional referral group. You never know who might ask you about your Referral Zone badge!
Referral Zone Membership Handbook
Provides valuable information for New Member Training and is an ongoing reference resource.
Referral Zone Member Activity Form
To be filled out completely and exchanged with members at the weekly meeting.
Referral Zone “Lock Out Your Competition” Key chain
A friendly reminder that you will lock out your competition when you join The Referral Zone.

Referral Zone defines a referral as:

A recommendation (verbal or written) to a person who is interested in a product or service you offer. The referral represents an opportunity for you to develop new business.
