New Member Training Members are required to attend this training within the first 90 days of their membership in The Referral Zone. This one and a half hour training is designed to give the new member a jump start in developing their networking skills. It also provides the basic information needed on how to utilize the The Referral Zone materials, how to do a great “45 Second Commercial, do a 8 minute presentation”, plus other basic and advanced networking skills. At the training you will also review the policies and guidelines of The Referral Zone. The leaders of each chapter hold a 12 month commitment to lead their chapter of The Referral Zone. Individual members are required to attend annual training of their leadership team positions. Training will be held on-line through The Referral Zone web site. As an added benefit to our members, The Referral Zone has incorporated an online reference guide, called OLQR, to assist each member in their success while active in their chapter.
